We tried ordering again from Fusha West despite the first time being underwhelmed. We placed the order and upon sending, received a notification that one of the items we ordered was unavailable and would be subsituted with something completely different (not given a choice.) When we called the restaurant to let them know we would prefer a refund, they said it would be a lengthy process through Seamless Web, etc. We requested they please do this and we would gladly take the rest of our order. They said it was on the way out the door. A half an hour later, the food still hadn't appeared, though we live around the corner from the restaurant. We called them back to check to make sure there wasn't confusion regarding us wanting the food still, and the woman hurried us off the phone and hung up on us mid sentence. Needless to say, the food is not good enough for such rude service and we won't be ordering again.

The gyoza arrived cold and the skin was very thick. Not good. Sushi rolls had no flavor, and the tempura roll was soggy. The duck in the duck buns was chewy and fatty. I had to spit it out. Terrible experience! I will not be ordering from them again.

Decent, nothing blew me away and nothing turned me off too bad. Fish could have been a bit fresher though. I like Miyako better.

The food was disgusting. I ordered dumplings (which were kelly green) and they were the exact same ones that some cheap chinese restaurants use. For the price I expected more.

salmon sashimi and sushi pieces tasted awful -- like they were improperly defrosted 5 minutes before delivery. other fish items were satisfactory, the portions are larger than usual sushi.

The Panko Fried Chicken is excellent; the sauce nice and a little spice. Remarkably, the fried food retains its great texture even with delivery. Delivery is generally quick, but the delivery guy tends to leave the food with my apartment building's security, so the security guy brings it up. That's just bad service.

This is our standby takeout place if we stay in on the weekend. It's a little nicer than average asian takeout fare and they have a ton of variety. We love the honey walnut chicken, but they recently changed the beef and brocolli - used to have baby brocolli, not it is more like your average chinese take out place. Very generous portion sizes.

just had a horrible meal here. Thai pineapple fried rice (chicken) was awful! We think they used chicken parts! it was unidentifiable strings of white tasteless tubular...i just don't know! we were shocked. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE or go to restaurant. beside the bar....proceed at your own risk and waste of money.

This is the first time I've posted a comment in years of ordering but the quality of the food required me to. Very poor quality sushi, didn't even use sushi rice on each roll. Fish was very "mushy" and didn't seem fresh at all. There are much better options for sushi in the neighborhood and on Seamlessweb, would recommend not wasting your money here.

Compared to other UWS Asian restaurants - this is mediocre at best. We were hoping to get good sushi and good Thai... alas the sushi was mushy and warm.... the 'fettuchini pad thai' didn't seem like Italian... and didn't taste remotely like Thai. We also ordered pork dumplings which were tasty, but very greasy.

Pad Thai not made with rice noodles...just not right. Overall ok food but prob will stick to some of the other places for a Thai meal cause cheaper and better food

I ordered the "Pad Thai Fettucini" and to my surprise it was actual fettucini. Tastewise, I give it about a three.... though really, the only thing very "thai" about it was the name.

The sushi at Fusha West is not fresh. I just ordered two rolls that were stale rice and the fish was overly salted.
